CIS University has formalized a sponsorship agreement with Madrid-based Club Miramonte, through which all of the club’s soccer teams will display the university’s logo on their jerseys. This collaboration reinforces CIS University’s commitment to sports, the values of teamwork, and the holistic development of its students.
This commitment is reflected in CIS University’s High-Performance Sports Programs, including the Elite Soccer University Program, the Elite Basketball University Program, and the Student Athlete Placement. These programs are designed to allow students to pursue their university education while continuing to compete and grow in their chosen sport, within an environment that promotes dedication and both personal and professional success.
A Partner in Promoting University Soccer
Club Miramonte, which is affiliated with the League Soccer University Program, fields three competitive teams: two men’s teams (A and B) and one women’s team. Founded in 2023, the club has stood out for its rapid growth and strong projection, earning promotion to the 1st Amateur Division after competing in the 2nd Amateur Division the previous season.
This agreement is particularly meaningful for CIS University, as several of its students are active members of the club. Among them are Sammy Pérez and Ryan Cate, the latter scoring one of the goals in Club Miramonte’s first match following the signing of the agreement—a game against Fútbol Club Británico de Madrid that ended in a convincing 4–0 victory.
Through this partnership, CIS University strengthens its support for university athletic talent. It consolidates its presence in Madrid’s sports landscape, promoting opportunities for students to combine academic excellence with high-level athletic development.
