The event brought together representatives from the business, educational, and sports sectors to reflect on the role these institutions can play in the active defense of human rights.<\/p><p>The session was organized by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realsporting.com\/fundacion\">Real Sporting de Gij\u00f3n Foundation<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedastur.com\/\"> the Federation of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives of Asturias (FEDA)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/rfkspain.org\/en\/\">the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Spain Foundation<\/a>, and CIS University, creating a space for dialogue aimed at strengthening the connection between leadership, social responsibility, and ethical commitment.<\/p><p>Mar\u00eda D\u00edaz de la Cebosa, President of CIS University and RFK Human Rights Spain, participated in the discussion alongside Bego\u00f1a Fern\u00e1ndez Costales, President of FEDA. During the debate, participants highlighted the potential of sport, particularly football, as a powerful vehicle for transmitting values and placing athletic success at the service of the community.<\/p><p>The conversation also addressed how companies, universities, and sports clubs can integrate ethics, responsible leadership, and the defense of human rights into their daily operations, not simply as an afterthought, but as a core component of their identity and purpose. Participants agreed on the importance of building lasting partnerships between sectors that have traditionally operated independently, in order to promote initiatives capable of making a meaningful impact on society and future generations.<\/p><p>For CIS University, being present at events of this kind reflects its commitment to an educational and athletic model that prepares students not only for professional and career opportunities in sports, but also to become engaged and responsible citizens.
