UrbanFlip Capital is a real estate investment platform focused on house flipping, a strategy that involves buying, renovating, and selling properties in high-value locations. The company, represented at the session by <\/span>Mohamed El Madani (Founder), Erik Olsen (Senior Associate), Joshua Green (Investor Relations), and Alejandra Jurado (Managing Director)<\/b>, claims to have achieved an average annual return of over 30%, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the sector.<\/span><\/p>
