What do Tom Holland, the protagonist of Spiderman, the soccer player Marcelo and the rapper Kidd Keo have in common?<\/span><\/p>

The answer is very simple: all of them are making a name for themselves in their professional field and they do so with shoes customized by Andr\u00e9s, \u2013Tito for friends\u2013 Mart\u00ednez, from <\/span>Tito Customs<\/span><\/a>, a pioneering and leading company in the design, customization and reconstruction of shoes for a very specific public<\/span><\/p>

Taking advantage of his <\/span>masterclass at CIS University<\/span><\/a>, we invited him to “Conversations for a Better World”, where he shared tips on how to understand entrepreneurship for someone so young and at the same time so successful.<\/span><\/p>

Sitting in front of the microphones, the first striking thing about Tito is his generosity, his recognition of his team, and his seemingly inexhaustible energy:<\/span><\/p>

\u201cI wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for my team. Setting up and maintaining a good team that shares my vision is essential. Because opportunities come sooner or later, and by then you have to have a team lined up that is willing to give everything every time. As Bill Gates said, <\/span><\/i>\u00ab<\/span>\u2014 I am here because I have not lost any opportunity and I have made the most of them<\/span><\/i>\u00bb<\/span>.”<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>

Customizing sneakers for a Hollywood star<\/h2>

The interview left truly surprising moments, such as when Tito told us about the day he sent some illustrated shoes to Tom Holland himself, interpreter of the Spiderman franchise.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cIt all started with a call from Sony: \u00ab\u2014We want some shoes for Tom Holland but they have to be there tomorrow\u00bb. I called Sergio, my illustrator, who was coming back from Valencia and he told me: \u00ab\u2014Okay, no problem, but we’ll have to stay all night\u00bb.”<\/span><\/p>

\u201cAnd we succeeded, because we ended up painting in my car on the way to the airport, while I was at the wheel telling him: \u00ab\u2014Careful that I brake, careful that I brake!\u00bb, because if we didn’t, we wouldn’t arrive on time. In the end everything went well.”<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>

Anecdotes like this one, and other stories about the passion that starting your own business requires, were told one by one in front of the studio microphones.<\/span><\/p>

And it seems that in Tito’s entrepreneurial career, so attentive and grateful to his team, that the aphorism is fulfilled: <\/span>“If you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, have company.”<\/span><\/i><\/p>
