American MBA
& Internships

Program Overview
The College For International Studies, in collaboration with Endicott College in Massachusetts, invites you to consider a US accredited, MBA Program being offered in Madrid. The Program includes full-time internships and it is aimed at early career professionals with completion in approximately 16 months.
  • Part-time – afternoon/evening classes.
  • Full-time internships included in the program.
  • Classes twice a week/small group work twice a week.
  • Completing of the degree in 16 months.
  • Practical based assessment – no exams.
  • Class size limited to 20 per group – personalized attention.
  • Your MBA degree will be awarded from an American accredited institution – Endicott College.
Students take two classes per week with each meeting for three hours during an eight-week session. Possible MBA candidates can take up to 6 credits of course work before applying for admission to the degree program. Collaborative Learning Throughout the entire program, you are to work collaboratively in an assigned group within each course. These courses require the convening of your group for additional hours each week in addition to hours per week that are spent in class. The purpose of these ongoing group meetings is to continue the exploration of the conceptual material discussed in class, prepare specific assignments and readings for the upcoming session, and to work on semester-long projects. Your commitment to these group processes is fundamental to your success in this program, the success of your groups, and the success of the cohort in general.

The philosophy of the program is that traditional “tests” are less relevant to MBA studies. In this program the use of projects, case studies, examples and illustrations are the most effective way to examine the material and to learn. All of the courses in the curriculum employ some combination of the following assignments:
  • Individual Oral Presentations
  • Group Oral Presentations
  • Individual Written Projects
  • Group Written Project
Applicants must register for the GMAT and submit the results before being fully accepted into the program. We can assist you in registering for this test. The CIS building is located on Calle Velazquez 140. There are modern classrooms and the facility is completely wireless so you can connect to the internet from any class or area in the college. All students have full access to the Endicott College on-line library with its thousands and thousands of full text articles, journals and books. The facility is located between two Metro stops (Avenida de América and República de Argentina) and there are many bus routes that pass by the building.

Admissions: We operate on a rolling admissions policy and admit qualified candidates as applications arrive. Cohort size is limited to 20 students.
