Last Tuesday October 20, organized by the Fundación International Studies, Dr. Alexey Akulov, Vice Minister for Natural Resources of the Russian Federation pronounced the conference ”The New Russian Paradigm: the management of natural resources; water, a scarce commodity.”
The event was attended by more than 150 people, and included Mr. Xavier Gisbert, General Director for Improvement of Educational Quality of the Department of Education of the Comunidad de Madrid, and representatives from the Russian Federation Embassy and from the Alexander Pushkin Foundation.
The conference was presented by Mrs. María Díaz de la Cebosa, President of the Fundación International Studies and of the American university CIS- The College for International Studies.
