Coaching Institute of Spain

CIS –The College for Intenational Studies directs the Coaching Intitute of Spain, which develops the coaching proposal taking into consideration the necessities of each company and assigning them the coach who will accompany the group on trip, The Way.

The coach will work with the team on the previously determined group objectives.  He/she will also dedicate individual coaching time in order to reach the final result.

The company will be able to choose the theme for the group to learn.

Day 1

  • Departure from Madrid to León.
  • Introduction to coaching.
  • Visit to Astorga.
  • A walk to León. 10 Km. Medium difficulty.
  • Individual coaching sessions during the Way.
  • Arrival to León and Lunch
  • Visit the Cathedral of León  and the Real Colegiata Basílica of San Isidro.
  • Dinner and arrival to accomodations
  • Coaching exercises at night

Day 2

  • Breakfast
  • Morning Coaching session.
  • Bus heading to Santiago.
  • Visit to Ocebreiro.
  • Walking to Santiago. 15 Km. Medium difficulty.
  • Group and individual coaching exercises on The Way.
  • Arrival to Santiago.
  • Lunch.
  • Visit to the Musuem of Tierra Santa
  • Evening prayers at the Monestary of the Monjas de Clausura San Paio Antealtares.
  • Dinner and arrival to accomadations

Day 3

  • Breakfast.
  • Morning Coaching session.
  • Visit to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.
  • Go up on the roof of the Cathedral.
  • Lunch.
  • Closing group coaching session.
  • Evaluation of the program.
  • Return to Madrid
