The Associate Degree in Business is designed to develop the authoritative perspective and personal leadership skills that successful business managers need. From supervisor to CEO, this track helps you manage effectively in an increasingly complex environment.

Internships is an integral part of the curriculum. Through experience in industry, students learn how to prepare for their professions. Possible internship roles include human resources management, consumer products management, retail store management, and the management of non-profit organizations.

Learning Outcomes

  1.   Demonstrate the analytical and problem- solving skills needed to meet complex challenges in business management.
  2. Apply a range of business management ‘best practices’ in a professional environment.
  3. Recognize the importance of behaving ethically in the professional setting.
  4. Demonstrate the critical inquiry and analysis skills needed to engage constructively in intellectual discourse within business management.
  5. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Business is a program consisting of courses in the area of business, with 122 required credits for a Bachelor’s Degree, 66 of which are completed in the first two years.

The program offers students general requirements, as well as elective courses that coincide with students’ interests, which students themselves can choose together with the Dean of Students.  In order to successfully complete the program in four years, students must also partake in a 12-credit internship program.

Students can complete the four-year International Business, American Bachelor’s Degree program entirely in Madrid, earning a degree from Endicott College, or finish up their degree on site at Endicott College, or any other American college or university in the world.
